30-day refund policy
You may request a refund for your CD purchase from the Testament of Steel shop within 30 days of the purchase date. This policy includes single CDs and two-CD sets.
How to request a refund
Reply to your order confirmation email within the 30-day period. Include your order number, the item or items you would like refunded, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will respond with the next steps and any return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect CDs
If your CD arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered, please tell us when requesting your refund. Include a photo if it helps show the issue.
Refund payment
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on PayPal and your bank or payment provider.
