Beasts From the Deep: Kingdoms Fall Before the Throne

Daniel 7 becomes progressive metal as monstrous empires rise from chaos and meet the court of the Ancient of Days.

FIELD NOTEDaniel 7:1-28

Daniel watches four beasts climb from a storm-torn sea, each more disturbing than the last. They represent earthly kingdoms, powerful enough to terrify and temporary enough to be judged. Beasts From the Deep marks the Daniel album's turn from court history toward symbolic, end-time vision.

Progressive metal fits the chapter's shifting images. The song moves from churning chaos to the fiery throne of the Ancient of Days, where the court sits and the books are opened. Political power may appear monstrous and permanent from below, but heaven sees its limits.

The vision ends beyond the beasts. One like a Son of Man receives an everlasting dominion, and the saints inherit the kingdom. The track therefore carries both warning and confidence. Empires rise, boast, and collapse. God's throne remains, His judgment is sure, and His kingdom will not be destroyed.
